Teaninich Castle Review

Bought by the Munros of Teaninich in 1660, this fine-looking baronial castle stands just outside Alness, overlooking Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle beyond. It has seen changing fortunes over the centuries, but is now firmly in the hospitality business - thanks to current owners Ian and Jan Fraser.

Soft lights and polished wood floors set the tone in the formal restaurant, when guests can sample the results of Ian's culinary endeavours.
