Situated at the southern end of North Uist, this cosy family-run hotel takes its name from the thirteenth-century ruins of Trinity Temple, which are visible from the front of the converted Victorian house.
The fixed-price dinner menu has a traditional Scottish flavour and a fondness for fish, whether it's Salar salmon fishcakes, pan-fried Kallin scallops in white wine, garlic and butter or grilled fillet of sea trout.
