Tempus Bar & Restaurant, The Palace Hotel Review

The historical, grade II listed Palace Hotel is the home of the Tempus restaurant in Manchester. The hotel itself is something of a local landmark, boasting a 217 foot clock-tower, which seems appropriate given the Latin name of its restaurant. Inside, Tempus is a stylish mix of dark, glazed tiles and flickering candles.

As well as boasting Manchester's largest Martini menu, the Executive Chef sources local produce wherever possible to create a rich mixture of fresh, seasonal dishes on a menu that showcases the fabulous food in and around Manchester.
