Across the road from its elder brother Cambio de Tercio, this patriotically Spanish joint is true to its roots, with yellow walls, red ceilings and black floors dramatically conjuring up the colours of the nation's flag.
The emphasis here is firmly on tapas rather than full meals, and the menu works its way from Galicia up to the Canary Islands.
