An imposing Portland stone arch marks the entrance to Chancery Court, formerly the headquarters of Pearl Assurance, and now a cutting-edge hotel with a progressive restaurant called Pearl.

Keith Hobbs, top man at the United Design Company (of Nobu and Le Cercle fame) was asked to create a 'restaurant of significance' in the sumptuous banking hall - and the results are stunning.
