A mightily impressive 25-page drinks booklet is a star attraction at this recently opened wine bar-cum-restaurant, which puts on a patriotic Gallic show with its predictable pictures, advertising posters, functional wooden furniture and French chansons warbling the background.

Chef and co-owner Ed Wilson did time with Chris Galvin and also headed the kitchen at Sonny's in Barnes before setting up close to Charing Cross.
