Three Chimneys Review

Eagle-eyed visitors will notice that this renowned 400-year-old pub near Biddenden called Three Chimneys, actually only has two chimneys. Its name is a corruption of the French 'trois chemins' (three roads) – a local junction that marked the limit allowed for French soldiers to walk when imprisoned in Sissinghurst Castle during the Seven Years' War.

This is a country pub with great virtues and great character.
