The Three Chimneys Review
Eddie and Shirley Spear's Gold 5-Star restaurant-with-rooms occupies a remote spot far away from the madding crowd, in a tiny village close to the Colbost Folk Museum. There's a real sense of enduring domesticity about this 100-year-old converted crofter's cottage: sturdy polished tables are dotted around the two stone-walled dining rooms, Celtic music plays and the owners are forever baking breads.
