Having done regional food proud at Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in Langho, Nigel Haworth decided to branch out into the world of gastropubs. He set his sights on the Three Fishes, a rambling stone inn not far from Whalley that has really hit the jackpot since opening its doors in 2005.
