Down leafy lanes deep in the Chilterns, the Three Horseshoes Inn not only attracts thirsty walkers and country types, but it's now an honeypot for foodies thanks to the arrival of Simon Crawshaw. The pub itself is a classic eighteenth-century red-brick hostelry in tiny hamlet between Radnage and Stokenchurch, with views over the fields at the back and a red telephone box submerged in its famous duck pond!
Chef Simon Crawshaw learned his craft with Nico Ladenis, Michel Roux and Michel Bourdin and he brings a touch of class to the food served in the split-level restaurant at the back of the pub.
