Following a closure of six months for refurbishment Tom Aikens has reopened his self-named restaurant in Chelsea. He owns the restaurant with new business partners London Doors, a division of Istanbul Doors in partnership with Trangle Group. The former Michelin starred restaurant now has a more informal approach in regard to both the décor and the food.
