Tom Browns Brasserie Review

Set in a converted Victorian schoolhouse and named after the eponymous hero of 'Tom Brown's Schooldays', this family-run brasserie is situated in a prime site overlooking the River Trent (the best views are from the mezzanine floor of the dining room).

To start, you might fancy ham hock and green peppercorn terrine with mustard dressing or haddock and salmon fishcakes with caper and lemon mayonnaise.
