A splendid example of an easy-going neighbourhood Japanese restaurant, Tosa has quickly found its niche market by focusing on skewered delicacies from the robata grill rather than venturing down the ubiquitous sushi route.
There's not much in the way of décor in the functional L-shaped room – just bare wooden furniture plus a few prints and artefacts dotted around.
