Clapham railway sidings might seem an unlikely setting for a sleek contemporary Japanese restaurant, but Tsunami is full of surprises. The cool interior with its funky minimalist design attracts a fashionable crowd, the mood is totally relaxed and the food aims for high art with some splashes of fusion.

The kitchen deals in top-end sashimi (including yellow tail with jalapeño, coriander and ponzu sauce and 'sun-kissed salmon' seared in hot olive oil), plus innovative versions of tempura, salads, teriyaki and the like.
