Younger sister to the highly successful Indian restaurant in Coventry's medieval quarter, the Meriden branch of Turmeric Gold occupies a Georgian building in the heart of the village, and is gaining fame as one of the most flamboyant venues in the area.

The long menu stops off for tandooris, baltis and biryanis, and also makes room for specialities including South Indian chicken 'coconut chilli', lamb khatta masala with lemon and tamarind, and Goan green korma.
