In the shadow of a beautifully restored landmark windmill, this curiously shaped restaurant occupies what was once a dance studio. The interior might be described as 'striking industrial chic', with a suspended canopy over the bar, exposed brickwork, steel girders and aluminium contrasting with curvaceous Philippe Starck chairs and blue lighting; as final touch, menus are projected onto a huge wall screen in the restaurant.

'This must be one of the best meals on the Fylde coast,' reckoned one UK Restaurant Guide user.
