A grand and glorious eighteenth-century mansion, remodelled along Palladian lines, Chewton Glen has it all - from croquet lawns to complementary therapies and spa facilities. After a million pound refurbishment by Anita Rosato Interior Design, Chewton Glen has a new restaurant called Vetiver. It is spread across five interconnecting rooms, including a Wine Room and Conservatory with a colour scheme of purple, green and black.
