Viva Verdi Review

With a name that honours one of Italy's most famous composers, it's no surprise that Viva Verdi offers the promise of a 'symphony of flavours'. This homage takes place in a bright contemporary setting decorated with a few extravagant flourishes including a grandiose rose light sculpture on the ceiling.

Verdi wrote many of his most famous operas in Parma, and it's fitting that the kitchen looks to that city and its neighbouring region for ideas and ingredients.
