Situated on Edinburgh's southside, close to the leafy expanses Holyrood Park, Voujon is the brainchild of seasoned local restaurateur Salim Miah. He has created a cool, sophisticated venue that eschews flock wallpaper and dim lights in favour of arrestingly contemporary décor, oak panels and extravagant floral displays; subdued ethnic music plays in the background.
The kitchen specialises in North Indian and Bengali-inspired dishes with a few additions from other parts of the Sub-continent.
