Wallett's Court is a lovely seventeenth-century residence not far from Dover's white cliffs, and it holds a special place in the annals of The UK Restaurant Guide since it was the very first establishment to receive a full published review.
The hotel's in-house spa is in tune with current trends, but the rest of the place is much as before.
