At lunchtime, The Waterfront runs as a café, offering light meals and quick snacks for the visitors., but things move up a gear inn the evening.

The kitchen makes good use of fresh local seafood for its regularly changing menus, which might feature – say – sea bass fillet with clam chowder and chicory.
