A bright, sunny feel pervades this contemporary restaurant not far from the harbour. It's divided up into two dining areas, with blond wood, tiled floors, a lofty windowed ceiling and splashes of maritime blue.
Mediterranean and Asian influences perk up the menu, and local seafood is a major suit. Seared scallops come with a rocket and toasted pumpkin seed salad, sea bass is roasted with chillies and lime and served with sautéed courgettes and roasted peppers and – if you give 24 hours' notice – you can feast on whole grilled St Ives lobster (try it with coriander butter, tomato and lime salsa).
