Chef/Proprietor William Bavin refurbished this 15th Century building back in 1987 and opened it as Weaver's Wine Bar & Restaurant highlighting many original features like exposed beams, oil lamps and cosy alcoves to create a relaxed intimate ambience.

Using traditional methods and recipes Weaver's create fabulous English Fayre favourites as well as a variety of modern International dishes on the a la carte and prix fixe menu.
