Don't be fooled by the name: this self-styled 'country bistro' occupies the shell of a three-centuries-old whitewashed inn on the north Gower coast, overlooking the Bury estuary.

Since arriving on the scene, Ian and Jay Bennett have impressed visitors with their dedication to Welsh produce. Lunches are outstanding value, but dinner is the real showcase for Ian's culinary endeavours.
