Built around 1550 as a dower house, Weston Hall has served many different purposes over the centuries, from an army barracks to student accommodation, but since its transformation into a hotel and restaurant in 1996, its former charm has been lovingly restored. The traditional character of days of yore has been retained, and today the Hall still exudes an air of sumptuous elegance, lending itself perfectly to special occasions, from romance to corporate celebrations.
The Alexander Restaurant commands magnificent views over the countryside and here you can expect exquisitely presented, imaginative dishes that make effective use of local and seasonal produce.
