The Wild Garlic Review
The Wild Garlic restaurant opened in June 2009 in the prosperous market town of Beaminster in the folding hills of West Dorset. It has been quite a journey for chef/proprietor Mat Follas, starting from a day's cookery course at Rick Stein's Seafood School, to being crowned BBC Masterchef 2009 and the opening of his own restaurant a few months later.
