Williams & Brown Tapas Review

Williams & Brown Tapas Bar in Whitstable was opened by two friends, Christopher Williams and David Brown in March 2004, and they were also joint owners of the very popular Williams & Brown Delicatessen, located on Harbour Street. David has since become sole owner of the deli, now called Brown's Deli, whilst Chris has taken over the Tapas bar, where he could put many of his rigorously sourced native Spanish ingredients to good use in the kitchen and on the plate.

W&B Tapas is as near to a Spanish bodega as you will get in south-east England, with white walls, a large mirror at the back, picture windows looking out onto the street and a menu that is peppered with authentic stuff.
