Winteringham Fields Review

A remarkable sixteenth-century manor in an out-of-the-way village not far from the Humber Bridge, Winteringham Fields has won just about every accolade in the book, and it's about to enter its second golden age. When the Schwabs sold the restaurant in 2005, it marked the end of an era, but new owners Colin and Rebecca McGurran have already put their own stamp on this Lincolnshire gem - extending the dining room and terrace, as well as launching upbeat gastronomic events.
