The Wynnstay Arms, Fusions Brasserie Review

Ruthin locals cannot fail to have noticed that times have been a' changing at the Wynnstay Arms. In 2005, the sixteenth-century, timber-framed hostelry received a serious makeover and it now functions as a contemporary brasserie and café/bar with rooms.

The smartly attired Fusions Brasserie is at the heart of things, with its assortment of contemporary dishes based around native produce: Welsh Black beef, trout and local cheese all make an appearance on the ever-changing menus.
