Following hard on the heels of Murano, it's a very different kettle of fish - and everything else besides. It also signals GR's first venture into the world of hotel management.

The setting is a one-time Regency coaching inn on the fringes of Camden Town, overlooking Regent's Park, and it has been radically transformed into a mould-breaking combination of restaurant, bar and on-site deli with event spaces as well as ten chic bedrooms.
