Zafferano sky-rocketed into the gastronomic firmament by Giorgio Locatelli, this discreet Knightsbridge restaurant with its smart, serious outlook still manages to hit the jackpot, even though superstar Giorgio has gone on to other things.

The strength of this place is its uncompromising attitude to ingredients and how chef Andrew Needham works his impeccable magic on them.
