A new offering from Victor and Carina Contini, who are well known for their culinary enterprises in Edinburgh - including Centotre. Like their other ventures it flies the organic flag and the owners are keen to seek out accredited growers and suppliers: they have just set up a little bespoke bakery using organic flour from UK mills, and buy meat and fish from sustainable sources.
It's a livewire kind of place, with vibrant decor, a family-friendly attitude and a flexible, all-day menu.
