Rainer Becker went straight to the cutting edge when he opened Zuma in the slightly bizarre setting of a Knightsbridge office block. Forget first impressions, the interior of this ultra-chic place has been laid out to resemble a Zen garden, with pale grey stone floors and walls covered with highly polished wood.
