Ffresh restaurant in Cardiff Bay can be found in the Wales Millennium Centre, with its reputation as one of the World's iconic arts and cultural destinations. The restaurant situated on the centre's ground floor has a stylish and contemporary décor, with fabulous views of Cardiff Bay from its floor to ceiling windows.
Heading the kitchen is Kurt Fleming who has an impeccable CV, he trained with legendary chef Anton Mossiman at London's Savoy Hotel, was head chef at the Bell Inn at Skenfrith, named Michelin pub of the Year 2007 and not only has travelled the world as a member of the Wales Culinary Team, but has also cooked for Her Majesty The Queen and HRH The Prince of Wales.
